We tested 18 distinct prompts. Each row used one exact, verified Mila or Lily input across three requested models. The models produced 39 outputs and 15 recorded safety blocks across 54 attempts. Four prompts without at least two generated outputs are omitted from the voting pilot. There were no retries or substitutions.
